Legal Framework

The F.I.K.O.P. establishes its instructional programs, as well as its learning methods, with the underlying rule of respect to and of human beings, as defined with undeniable dignity, among the founders of recognized charters existing in the international community. The KOP follows strict observance of the laws and rules that govern France. It also aligns itself judicially with those ruling activities under the general framework of legitimate defense, as well as respect of the ethics prevailing among the armed forces, defense, law enforcement and security professionals, private contractors.
